Once you determine that a patient meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria for the ROC PRIMED Trial, first get a packaged ITD and insert it on the facemask. Then insert the ventilation port from the ventilation source (e.g., a BVM).

Insert the ITD as soon as possible when starting CPR compressions

You must let the chest wall recoil completely each time and seal the facemask at ALL TIMES for the ITD to be effective.
