Welcome to EMS Online. The EMS Online website was developed for prehospital personnel as an alternative for completing the cognitive objectives of EMD continuing education. These continuing education courses are accessible to personnel who have established accounts with King County EMS.

How to Sign Up (Agencies signing up for the first time)

1. Complete the blank roster file (download below) with a list of your personnel who need access to the website and email it as an attachment to cleo.subido@kingcounty.gov. You must supply the required information as directed in the roster file before we can process your subscription.



2. Complete the following documents (download them below) and send them by postal mail to King County EMS:

1. Subscription Form
2. Payment for the full amount calculated on the Subscription Form. Or you may include a PO number on the subscription form and we will invoice you.
3. Two signed originals of the User Agreement
4. A letter of approval from your agency's medical director (Your agency must obtain a signed letter of approval by the medical program director acknowledging your use of EMS Online.)

Once we receive the above documents, King County EMS will enter your agency's roster into the database and notify you by email. This process takes approximately two weeks. Once you are notified by KC EMS, you can then inform your personnel they have access to EMS Online.

Annual Renewals (Agencies already using EMS Online)

• To process an annual renewal, please complete items 1, 2A and 2B above.
