• A high speed internet connection (DSL/Cable/ T1)
• A PC (Windows or Mac) running Internet Explorer 7+ or Firefox 3+ Web browser
• Browser/Network settings - javascript enabled, accept cookies, allow pop-ups, allow open ports for video streaming, etc.
• Flash friendly device: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or higher)
• Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 8 or higher)
